Would love nothing more than for LSU to implode.

HTL

Alright send one in the gap.

Best case scenario they would be down their three best arms.

Just an observation but the old HTL never posted in game threads.  Are you sure you're the real one?  If you are real, did you get fired?

I like both of these options.

One team is getting the bit hit when they need it and the other isn't.

UCLA bringing in their all world closer

Feral

#1109
Questionable move by UCLA's coach.

Burned their closer when they were down 3 runs, and now they're down 4 with the bases loaded and the game is basically out of reach.

It's one thing to bring your closer in when you're down 1 or 2 (DVH did it all the time with Kopps), but down 3+ with just 3 outs left is a weird move when you have to play again tonight.

Show-Me Hog

Ok fuck em.

Let's beat UCLA, LSU, LSU.

Then we can turn our attention to 2 out of 3 from the other bracket.

So the way it sets up, LSU will get to bring back Eyanson and then if a second game is needed, Anderson. Or vice versa. They just always seem to get the breaks in Omaha.

Eyanson would be on two days rest. He won't go too long.

We'll have Root and Gaeckle. Wood will come in for the one inning save on Thursday.

We're still in better shape in terms of rested pitchers.

I suspect LSU will use leftovers tomorrow night and, if we're playing Thursday, will piggyback Eyanson and Anderson if needed.  We will probably start Root tomorrow and Gaeckle Thursday should we still be playing by then.
Perish peacefully in a warm environment.

HTL

Hope we don't start Gaeckle. Have someone try to start and get a couple innings then bring him in in relief.

it's not luck that the conrndogs will have their pitching available, it's what happens when you stay in the winner's line of the bracket.

It's luck when rainouts allow you to rest your stud pitching.

To be fair, Anderson was availbable to pitch tomorrow or Thursday night regardless or rain.
