I hate the hit by pitch rule. 

What's worse is it counts as a strike.  If the pitcher throws in the batters box, the batter should be allowed to take one.

Not sure who the 11u kid is standing in the stairs at the Ole Miss game, but guarantee he has three sliding mitts, two elbow guards, an ankle guard, a pink bat and uses a full stick of eye black before every game.

Ole Miss batter screaming in agony because he had to sell being hit by leaning into the pitch. But I agree, at the very least it should be a ball.

Plus, we lost a game to Ole Miss a few years back because Jacob Nesbit did that exact same thing on a two strike pitch to end the game.  So fuck them.

I wouldn't be surprised if Tennessee pitched off and threw Phillips against us on Friday.

They pitched him in game 1 and Doyle in game against us this year when it was a Thursday-Saturday series.
