Michael Jordan defeated his "abuse" from Bill Laimbeer, Rick Mahorn, John Salley, Dennis Rodman, and James Edwards by beating them not -- literal -- finger pointing.

The whining is embarrassing.  Find a female Charles Oakley and go kick some posterior.

You'd expect this next to be Sophie and Caitlin busting a chair over coaches head and throwing her into the turnbuckle.  What a stupid coach but she will not risk violating the blm/lesbo/trans/woke wall.  Surprised she didn't wave a Palestinian flag.  The GM and owner support this stupidity, mainly because without it no one is watching.

Sophie can make more in a day with an only fans than she'll make in wnba salary.

Form the Wikis:

"White publicly identified as a lesbian in 2015, starting a relationship with and marrying Michelle Fletcher. Due to the then active same-sex marriage ban in Indiana, the couple travelled to California to be legally married. In 2011, White gave birth to their first child. About two years later, the couple welcomed twin boys to their family.  White and her current partner, reporter Lisa Salters, reside in Nashville, Tennessee with Salters' son, and White's three sons."

First, I didn't know Lisa Salters is a lesbian.  Second, no wonder White doesn't stand up for the straight white players.  It all makes sense now.

I saw a guy talking about this yesterday.  He said there were similar things like this going on in the NBA back in the 70s and 80s (I don't remember that so I can't speak to it).  He said it brought in viewers and, once they had the viewers, they started fixing the racial, etc. things.  He thinks the WNBA is trying to do the same.  They welcome the racial, trans, etc. stuff because it will draw viewers.  Once they get the number is eyes up to a level they are comfortable with, they will start toning that stuff down and have some real basketball.

I thought it was an interesting take and I'm curious to see if that actually happens.  Of course, the national landscape is different now than it was then.  Clark and Cunningham could just be unlucky with their timing and will be abused because of it.  But, if all goes like this guy says, the white players of the future will be thanking them for breaking barriers today.

I don't really buy that because somehow my Youtube algorithm has started showing me a bunch of 1970s NBA games over the last few weeks.  And some of the biggest stars in the league were white.  In the last week or two I've watched games with Jerry West, Rick Barry, and Dave Cowens where they were the best players on the floor.

I guess Brittney griner is proof they've been allowing trans men in the wnba for years

Yeah that's a guy for sure.
Perish peacefully in a warm environment.

I'm just a casual observer but I, still, believe the foundational issue is that Clark and Cunningham are tissue paper soft (with race and sexuality being some sort of pot stir).

Bird, McHale, Walton, Kite, Kleine...even that whiner Danny Ainge?  White.  Pimped by the NBA.  Hints of elitism.  Hated by many especially those favoring the "Showtime" Lakers incorporating a racial element: but you had to respect them.  The Celtics were anything but pushovers.

Clark and Cunningham flop like fish, fall over in a breeze, and it's NEVER their fault.

It's not difficult to root against them.

Royce White (former 1st round NBA draft pick) says he  "sometimes identifies as a transgender Black lesbian" and wants in the WNBA. He says his pronouns are "pay me".

Explain how you arrived at this post when neither Clark nor Cunningham have ever uttered responses that come close to including race or sexuatlity.

If you think Clark is soft then you are fucking retard.  She takes punches, eye pokes, clothes lines, blind side forarm shimmy screens, etc.  She basically plays in the WWF version of women's basketball.

I've never seen a player at any level get fouled as consistently as Clark.  They grab, pull, and hand check her for 94 feet whenever she is on the floor.

Are you still fucking goats?  Sophie was assaulted. Sounds right you'd be defending a bunch of bulls beating the shit out of two straight white women who stand up for girls sports.  Did you finally save enough for your transition?

Perhaps you're not old enough to recall early Jordan.

"Standing up," means standing up. Clark and Cunningham are whining like Danny Ainge in a Disney movie and embracing "poor me" victimization for being soft.

I'm sorry you take issue with some women playing like Rick Mahorn -- I'll admit the NBA cut that out, too -- but not because because players were flopping like fish or bellyaching. They just wanted more scoring.

If the WNBA wants that? Maybe they should get Clark and Cunningham to cease throwing up bricks and run an offense.
