Visually it just looks different. This looks and feels like business as usual.

Last year got a little out of hand and then we beat Purdue's ass... which made the rest of the season that much more confusing.

Yeah I'm not taking this to heart but I'd say this team looks like they play together. Last years team just always looked disjointed even against Purdue and Dook.

That was fun for a meaningless game. I had no idea what to expect, and listening to Cal made it seem like it might be a repeat of the Texas exhibition a couple years ago. I know they were missing a couple of starters, but we had ~15 point lead most of the 2nd half.

The FAU player had a rough game. The steal of the transfer portal looks like he might be coming off the bench.

Davis had a bad night but I watched him in warmups. He has unlimited range and made 8 in a row from the snout and was killing it from all over

Davis had a rough night but there may not be a better 3 guard combo than Davis, Fland, and Wagner. Really need all 3 to stay healthy.

What I came away most impressed with is this team is physically tough. When KU hit a couple shots in a row, we amped up the pressure on D and got a couple TOs.

This team is gonna be fun to watch.

Just got back. It was basically a pickup game on offense with some high screen and rolls mixed in. We played hard on d. Boogie Fland is a bad motherfucker.
