Great for you.

My greatest regret maybe in life is not having played it, especially when my now dearly-departed friend asked me to go about six months before pancreatic cancer took him. It was a really bad time with my wife and a health issue she has.

We did go there to watch in 2022 for the 150th Open. It's one of those rare places in the world where you just feel it's hallowed ground.

Perfection. I made a par!

Conditions were rough, but didn't mind. 40 degrees with rain and 20-30 winds.

Fantastic.  That one's on the bucket list.   Congrats on the par.  No doubt in my mind I pump at least 2 OB when I finally make it over there

I got to play in July 2001. It was awesome.  Shot a 94, not so awesome but was a great experience.You cannot view this attachment.

Ya boy was part of a four man team that shot a net 57 (four man each playing your own ball) to win the low net at a tournament at Hot Springs CC yesterday.  Fun tournament - counted low gross and low net from each team (must use two scores - one for net, another for gross).


Nephew shot a 78 to win the 12 year old group in a US Kids tourney at Eagle Hood and today, matching what his dad shot in the above mentioned tournament yesterday. 


Good golf weekend for our family.
