Back in 2006-07 I had a KATV press pass and crossed paths with him numerous times at sporting events.  Dude seemed to always be smiling and trying to make someone else do the same.  On a personal level I don't think even Ethan Hunt could find someone to say something bad about him.

i read that all of his family that can, is either at the hospital or on their way.  also cal said at his presser to pray for him.

the fact that there's no news is probably not a good sign.

Is there a GoFund to help the family? Is he married?

Sad deal. Never met him but you can tell he was as genuine as it gets. Gonna miss the back and forth with him and DVH. All the coaches and players appreciated him. Lot of respect shown from media members outside of Arkansas.

Really stinks.  Just another reminder that the we are all getting older and the 80s/90s were a lifetime ago.  Guys we all grew up reading or listening to, like Bob and Paul Eels, are quickly riding into the sunset.
