I blame myself for our dog.  When he was a puppy and before he was fully trained we went somewhere for a day trip.  It was beautiful weather and he was in a well fenced backyard.  We left him in his crate on a covered back porch.  Well, it came a hellacious storm while we were gone.  That was nearly ten years ago and I still feel bad about it and he is still scared shitless of storms.

Lots of leaves knocked off the magnolia tree in front, other than that I think we were unscathed.


**for everybody with a dog experiencing berserker mode during storms, get them stoned.  CBD oils from the place on Kavanaugh is amazing.  One dropper full kn a piece of white bread with some peanut butter and Toofless is as chill as SnoopDogg after about four hits on the blunt.

Similar experience. Had the dogs out one afternoon and a quick storm came through. Lightning struck a few miles away. One of ours was terrified and has been since. She paces non stop. She had to have her back leg amputated and has seizures every 1-2 weeks so we can't just let her walk around the house.

Of course this morning I let her out to use the bathroom. It was raining and could see lightning far away. She was reluctant so I picked her up and carried her out to the yard. Not two seconds after she pee'd... BOOM. Poor girl ran faster than I've seen her run in years.
