Yes.  It was live.  Area started all green and then the brown moved over.  Looked like a normal gif.

I hate the politicization of climate change but I have seen extreme changes.  This is my 20th year in the insurance industry and the past 5 years have been much worse than the first 15.  I'm speaking of the severity of storms in our state.

Wouldn't this argument apply to anything? 300k years vs 4.5 billion means we only know 0.009% about the things we have known since humanity's day zero.

A few years ago we were insured by United Home, they were smaller but in NEA somewhere. They (this is not the correct insurance/financial company term) went under. They had great rates and service but I'm guessing the claims from the last several years did them in.

I wrote through UHI, they were poorly managed.  Went from one extreme to the other but ultimately were not profitable.  Cameron is another carrier that went insolvent, very similar situation to UHI.  Probably a dozen more examples throughout the midwest.

I'm curious if he's basing it on dollar value of claims as well.  Housing prices, particularly in NWA, have gone crazy over that same time frame.

All of the above.  Inflation has certainly caused issues within the industry but the number of storms have increased as well.   

Hail storm frequency has increased as well.  Anecdotal evidence: I've been a homeowner for 20 years.  Filed my first roof claim in 2020, second in 2023 and could file another right now but don't need another claim on my record.

Climate change is real. Man-made climate change is the biggest scam of all time.

That being said, the last few years have not been normal. Lots of really big outbreaks with really big tornadoes. Timmer is kind of weird, but he knows tornadoes.
