Quote from: Zoso on Mar 17, 2025, 12:13 PMI haven't seen Yale play but I think Buzz is too good a coach to lose to an Ivy League school in the first round.

But the refs may not give Wade Taylor all the fouls he's used to getting. He may not be untouchable like he was in SEC play.
this is the buzz they keep giving that Yale has the ability to beat A&M they shoot well in 3 point  and they're won 16 of 17 games
Yep. I'm not trying to be a dick about it. It could have lived. It didn't. Not by my choice. -Elvis

The one 8-9 game that doesn't feel like an 8-9 is UConn - Oklahoma. I don't see any way that Oklahomo beats 2-time defending champion UConn.

However many brackets I have will all say UConn, and I usually split the 8/9 games.

No commentary. Just saying.

There's an entertaining article out there on him crying about the refs after losing in their conference tourney.

there is no way Oklahoma deserves that seed or will win

Outside of three players I see Purdue maybe losing to high point. They're a high scoring team

i don't trust any of the higher seeded teams...i guess i should say i don't have a lot of confidence in higher seeded teams winning.  i've got damn near chalk.

12-5 teams are notorious for being upsets though

Oregon almost every year is in this category and almost every year advances and then shuts the bed. However this year I think I'll go with Liberty over the ducks

I see Michigan vs uc San Diego as a toss up. I can't decide

I'm very appreciative of Muss and his time here but I can't tell you that I've even thought about that guy once since last summer.  The Calipari eclipse was total.

Amen.  Was an easy relationship to move on from.   Now he is USC's problem.

probably realizing that USC is a lot like the Clippers and the Angels - big difference in LA's first team and second team in almost everything
Splash 11! drop ABE track, too confusing

Sums me up as well. Muss was fun to watch and listen to. I enjoyed his passion. I haven't followed USC at all. Forgot all about Muss, honestly. Hiring such a high-profile and polarizing figure as Cal will do that.
I'm sorry Elvis......for all of it.

Barton Fink

If anyone misses Fayetteville, it's Mrs Muss. I think she had a good thing going with the community and enjoyed it here.

Lower numbers are higher seeds.

I doubt it.  She's a big city gal herself. She put up a good show here, but never really wanted to call this home.
Apparently retarded member of the "fucking old people" crowd as defined by Swahili Steve.

We still talking about Muss?  Elite 8 - Elite 8 - Sweet 16 was a fun run.  2020 would have been a good ride too if not for the fucking chinese.  When he left I was thinking, "Chris Beard and... who else could be a reliable upgrade from that?"  I had zero confidence in the dipshit AD, but I didn't foresee Tyson convincing Cal to leave Kentucky.

I've kept up with USC basketball here and there if I see them on tv or scrolling through scores on ESPN, but not once did "I miss having Muss as our coach" cross my mind this season.
"That's embarrassing.  Looks like Josh Duggar when his parents asked him to babysit."

For $7 mil I'll put a webcam in front of my shitter so I can answer fan questions while I drop the Longhorns off in College Station.

Once authored a post that critics claimed, "Was notaslibro level."

BASS

I think we'll see much less upsets than years past going forward.

NIL has made for more parity in the top 40 programs, and those seeded 4-10 are better teams than years past.

Conversely, Cal's wife; has she made an appearance at all?
