Besides Scottie and Rory, who do you have ?

DRYANKNPULL

Hard to bet against Rory. Some guy named Russel Henry is supposed to be the dark horse. I hope Bryson wins it.

No Eldrick = Good weekend

Rahm really needs a bounce back.

I'll pick Morikawa.

I'm also rooting for DeChambeau.

Darkhorse - Zalatoris.

Old guy to finish top 10 - Sergio.
irritatingly incompetent & infuriatingly unhelpful

bogeyfree

Outside of the "major" guys, i'll take Conners or Straka to play well.  Love this week!

I'd put money on Xander Schauffele and Colin Morikawa.  Both have been in the running in previous years and hit their irons well.  It all comes down to putting for both of them.
I'd like to see Rory get the career grand slam, and he's playing well so far this year.  He has to be the favorite, but Augusta is just in his head at this point.
I don't see Scottie winning this year.  He's just not playing that well so far.

A long shot flyer pick:  Masters rookie Davis Thompson.  That dude is really good and played at UGA in college.  He is going to be a star.   He has all the tools to handle Augusta. He has a top 10 at the Players this year and the US Open last year.  He is going to break through soon.  It might be in Georgia this week.

Definitely a long shot. No first timer has won the Masters since 1979.

I will pick out a handful of guys to play.
Not sure who all yet, but I know Ludvig Aberg will be one of them.

This kid can play and will win a major someday.

Vito Porkleone

Taking JT and Morikawa.

The dildo of consequence, rarely arrives lubed.

HOGSRUNWILD

Bryson just for the humor.

Solid pick. Aberg showed last year that he has the physical tools and mental fortitude to win at Augusta; he just had the misfortune of having to compete against the 2024 version of Scheffler.

Dark horse picks:

Min Woo Lee
Akshay Bhatia
Will Zalatoris
Brian Harmon
I really don't care, Margaret.

CardHog

I've got:

Rory Mcilroy Top 5 at +138
Corey Conners Top 30 at -110

I have been to the Masters twice.  1994 and the Monday practice round with my son in 2021.
The Georgia guys were playing together.  Kevin Kisner, Bubba Watson and Brian Harmon.
They were walking to the 16 tee box.  The par 3 that the players try to skip the ball over the water.

A bunch of guys were barking and making loud dog noises.  Obviously they were Georgia Bulldog fans.

Then I saw an older man wearing a green jacket walk over to one of them.  He put his arm around the loud guy and whispered something in his ear.

All barking and loud dog noises stopped immediately.

My longshot Thompson with a lively -1.  5 birdies, 4 bogeys.

Also, I love the Master's website. On each player's individual page, you can see every shot.
