Gibler is one of our best relievers.

Interesting how DVH handled the bullpen this series, sticking only with the guys in his "Circle of Trust," pitching Jimenez, Carter, and Gibler twice.  Bybee, Foutch, and Wiggins each getting one outing.  Nothing from Fisher, McGuire, or McEntire.

What bothers me most is watching Wes Johnson turn UGA into yet another SEC school that cares about baseball.

If he wins a CWS before DVH I'll give up completely.

Up by 1 with 2 outs and we plunk him. They (rightly) put their speedster in as a pinch runner and the next batter doubles off the wall.

I like it because it's another potential DVH successor who's both culture building and proving his mettle in the SEC.

If he wins a CWS before DVH I'll give up completely.

If both Georgia and Tennessee win a CWS before us, I'm done with this evil sport altogether. I'd argue the worst aspect of it is that it'd likely take another potential DVH successor off the board.

But I'll cross that bridge when we get to it.

UGA tried their best to give us that game with 5 errors, and we refused to take it. 
3,4,5,6-spot hitters were a combined 1 for 21.

Middle of the order (Iredale especially) absolutely killed us today.

I don't know what's going on with Iredale but he looks completely lost at the plate.

April has been brutal for Iredale.  He was batting .360 through the end of March, but his season BA has dropped to .294 after today.
