Another one...tomorrow and Wednesday nights the wind is supposed to be blowing out.  Iredale's opposite field fly out would have probably been out with those winds.  I think the park playing more normally would help our hitters.

I was thinking the same thing.

If we jump out to a big lead we probably pull him and use some lesser trusted arms out of the pen.

Ironically, our shittiness at the plate allowed this greatness to happen.

I don't really agree.  DVH wasn't going to take him out in the 6th with a perfect game going.

What happens if they have to push to tomorrow? Does the loser have to play twice? Or do they recalibrate the schedule?

We had only FOUR guys record a putout. Helfrick had 20, Robinett 4, Maxwell 2 and Wood 1.

That's right, TWO balls out of the infield.

Iredale, Davalan, Thomas and Diggs never even touched a live ball.

I would be shocked if they'd adjust the schedule, they never do. It is gonna be a bitch of a day for either ucla or LSU. Woukd you rather play and finish late or rest now to play all day tomorrow? Come down to pitching numbers - the position guys can go all day all week like in travel ball

This helps our pitching out a lot.  We have only thrown 2 arms so far.  Root doesn't count and could go today if we wanted.  I want Gage ready for a game two series final to go the Championship round.  A one day delay would go a long way into making that happen.  Assuming of course all games get pushed back a day.
