Okay, time to turn the page to next year.  I'm back, fully seated on the Wagon.  Was definetly rocky and almost fell off but luckily I'm too stupid to fall completely off.

MLB Draft Rules: "Four-year college players become eligible after completing their junior year or upon turning 21, whichever comes first, within 45 days of the draft."

2nd Base: #3 Nolan Souza (So.)
Short Stop: #6 Gabe Fraser (Fr.) - #144-152 overall/#31-37 in 2024 class (#19 overall /#3 shortstop in Cali)
3rd Base: Open - Maybe Robinett comes back
Right Field: #25 Kuhio Aloy (So.) - Assume he starts but not sure on position. Might stay at DH.
Center Field: Open
Left Field: #8 Cam Kozeal (So.) - Assume he starts but not sure on position w/ Souza back.
DH: Open

Starting Pitcher: #20 Gabe Gaeckle (So.) - Just misses the draft cutoff.

3rd Base: #10 Brent Iredale (Jr.) - Projected in top 3 rounds
Left Field: #24 Charles Davalan (So.) - Projected top 50 pick
Center Field: #4 Justin Thomas Jr. (Jr.) - Project in the mid rounds
Pitcher: #35 Landon Beidelschies (Jr.) - Projected 4th-6th round
Pitcher: #33 Zach Root (Jr.) - Projected top 50 pick.
Pitcher: #16 Aiden Jimenez (R-So.) - Projected Day 1 pick
Pitcher: #46 Christian Foutch (Jr.) - Projected 4th-6th round
Pitcher: #40 Ben Bybee (Jr.) - Projected 5th-7th round
Pitcher: #36 Parker Coil (Jr.) - No solid projections but probably goes late in the draft

In the press conference Dave said that we would have 8 or so guys drafted.  Mabye some of the later round guys come back.

Overall we have a solid core coming back.  We get Robinett, Bybee and Coil to come back then we have a really solid core.  Will be interesting to see who we add out of the portal.

I'm excited for next year. Discuss when emotionally ready.

Would be nice to get Coil.  Dave said 8 would get drafted and there are 11 on my list.  Forgot Becker.  I'm hoping there are some other guys we didn't see pitch this year that factor into 2026.  3rd base is the most glaring hole right now.  I accidently put Robinett there but meant to stick him back at 1st if he returns.

We need to hit the portal hard for a bat at 1st base. We got next to nothing out of that position this year and it's largely a hitting position.

I also think we'll get a few pitchers back like Coil, Bybee, and Foutch.

A lineup that features returners like Helfrick, Souza, Kozeal, Robinett, and Aloy is a really good core to build from.

I doubt any of the 6 you listed are coming back but I'd love to be wrong. JT and Bybee would be most likely. Davalan is long gone.
