Watch. Our players that actually hit, watch the ball all the way to the plate. Others, like Aloy, are looking at the fence when they swing. You have to focus on the ball. Hand/eye coordination.

Teams in college aren't even doing the Greg Maddux thing of confusing us with speed.  They can throw a breaking ball that starts outside and goes further outside and we're swinging, but a 93 mph fastball down the center is watched.  Good things generally happen to us when we swing at the pitches that are inside the zone.  Crazy, I know.
