The bad news:  Given the new NCAA tournament metrics, that was a quad one opportunity that probably moves us up an entire seed line come March if we win.

The good news:  We should have about a dozen (if not more) quad one opportunities this year.  If we avoid injury and play to our potential, we should have a decent if not good record in those games.

I still believe at worst, this team is a 4-5 seed come March and we could defiantly play our way up to the 2-3 line if we stay healthy.

Kentucky was a #3 seed last year with a 23-10 record.

We can lose 7-8 games and still be a top 4 seed because of our SOS.

We're going to be fine. It's one game. ESPN power index gave us a 38% chance to win.

We were the underdog on all of the betting sites/books. It wasn't totally unexpected.

It's no like we lost to UAB by 3 on the road. That would be bad.

I thought our football team would win 9-10 games this year.  I'm way down on this bunch of basketball players.  That should make you all feel really good about where they are headed and how they will do in the post season.
