We're meeting my in-laws for lunch tomorrow halfway for them and us at the glorious Cracker Barrel in West Memphis.  Then, we're going to a friend's house for his firework display.  He's an engineer and they have too much money.  He puts on an electronically controlled firework display.  It's pretty cool and hopefully we all have all our fingers after said boom booms.  We'll drink too many beers and our girls will be drinking something fancier.

My Japanese wife was "slightly liberal" maybe when I met her 25ish years ago.  Over time she has become more conservative and now she is as red-pilled as they come.  I mean, she is DEEP red.  She doesn't have citizenship because she is Japanese but considers herself American as any American. She is red white and blue and TEXAN.  Our son is holy shit Texan.  Like, Texan first, then American.  His career choices right now at 6:  military, police or firefighter.

I mean, I hope for some shit that makes more money but that is some red white and blue pumping through his half Japanese veins
