If you're a QB about to be sacked, you should intentionally ground the ball 100% of the time.

The very worst outcome (assuming you throw it out of bounds and don't throw an INT) is loss of down at the same place you would have been sacked anyway. Same result. Optimal outcome is for whatever reason they don't call it and you get to go back to the line of scrimmage.
