If Clark Lea can win at fucking Vandy (by establishing a culture) then surely we can find our "Clark Lea" at Arkansas. Sure he's got a winner at QB and Jerry Kill in the building and that helps greatly...we'll see if there's some carry over next season. The main point here is a lot of teams have good or great QBs but a lot of teams also have shit cultures and zero leadership (Arkansas fits).
