By far, the biggest gameday improvement has been the complete banishment of Jon Williams from having a microphone.  Ear-splitting nonsense all pre-game and all night.  It's so nice not having to listen to him scream into the mic, it's truly incredible that he was allowed (and compensated) to do that for so many years.

Now if we can just get him away from the baseball team, that would be optimal.
