Texas 2:30 ABC. I was hoping for the 11pm time slot that Hawaii always gets so I wouldn't be interested in watching.
I need help and I know it.

The game where Arch wins the Heisman.
Well, shit...

They ought to have Arch throw downfield every single play. We can't stop it. We'd have 300 yds in PI penalties because we can't cover anybody.
He'd have Xbox numbers- like 1000 yards passing.
With our garbage defense multiplied by the amount of quit, this should be easy money betting the over.
I can't so much as drink a damn glass of water around a midget or a piece of antique furniture.

I pretty much stopped caring a while ago but I do wonder why we keep trotting out Taylen Green. Like WHY?

Put in KJ Jackson or whoever they think is NEXT. Shouldn't we get Arkansas fans excited for the future only to see that kid get his dollas up and then go to some other SEC school?

Edit: obvious answer is Green gave them the best chance to win and Petrino the best chance of landing the job. In a nutshell...Petrino had to win a couple to keep this gig.
Also maybe they keep Jackson on the DL by keeping him on ice. This is the world of college football now and it's stupid.

If Pittman were still in charge I'd question them continuing to play Green, as he has a history of not playing the best at a position for one reason or another and generally making bad decisions.  Likewise if BP knew he was going to get the permanent job I could see playing for the future.  There's zero chance that Bobby, while trying to earn the full time gig, is going to play someone who he feels doesn't give him the best chance to win.

All we've seen out of KJ is garbage time against shit opposition.  Green's bipolar performance...ranging from elite at times to downright unplayable...probably gives us our only chance of beating a more talented team.

Mizzou game was going to be a night flex kick, we've played ourselves into a 2:30 SEC slot

Bobby doesn't like firing coaches mid-season.

https://www.on3.com/news/bobby-petrino-calls-for-a-law-to-prevent-mid-season-coach-firings/

"You know, it's a hard situation to jump into and have to take over like that," Petrino said. "My first thing to say is that they need to make a new law that you can't do that in the middle of the year. That would be a great thing for everybody. Probably not going to happen, now that there are gonna be nine conference games."
"That's embarrassing.  Looks like Josh Duggar the first time his parents asked him to babysit."

For $7 mil I'll put a webcam in front of my shitter so I can answer fan questions while I drop the Longhorns off in College Station.

Once authored a post that critics claimed, "Was notaslibro level."

If he had them at 6 wins right now he wouldn't be saying that.

The "law" is the contract that the school has to keep paying them. That is happening left and right. But there's no way to have a law that the school must actually let a guy still be in charge of their football program. That would be about as effective as the "law" that the Seattle mayor says she wants, no grocery stores can close.

Interesting since he fired several shortly after taking over.

I understand some people don't like HY. Do you think another school would hire him? I do. Calipari came here from KY.

I have no problem with HY, unless he screws this football hire.

He set us up about two years behind the rest of the league in NIL.   When we did finally show up, we botched our first couple of efforts.

Then of course there was the ridiculous buyout he gave Pittman when we were competing against the University of Notafucking soul on earth for his services.
