So apparently this just happened to Auburn.  Kid didn't even play much.  But still a disturbing trend.

You gotta think some of these kids are going to get their ass sued if they don't participate in the full season showcasing whatever their NIL agreements they have signed to. Assuming their are performance conditions. If it's just take this money for a photo op and/or commercial and then nothing else. Maybe nobody cares.

there can't be performance clauses in nil deals. can't be based on minutes played or points scored, etc..

kid was highly rated and instead of transferring, looks like he will just go pro. i don't see the big deal. he was expected to be one and done anyway.
