he's not wrong about the atmosphere.
It has happened at Baum-Walker since the money grab/seat relocation in the atmosphere is not half of what it was before.
not surprising - most admins never leave their pampered box and have no clue what the game day experience is for the ticket buying fan.

I love hog hoops but the fan experience at BWA is to the point I think I would rather watch it on tv.

When you build more boxes and reduce seating then what is left becomes that much more premium.  I don't know how the average hardcore fan can afford to go to a game for any of the big three sports and sit anywhere other than the nose bleeds.  Sad really.

I'm going to hazard that with NIL you're going to get a lot more people (donors/sponsors) wanting to be near the action rubbing elbows. This is one of those things where it's shitty the regular fans and alumni...but the ends may justify the means.
