I didn't say he can't shoot.  I know nothing about him other than his jump shot is weird.  Some of our best shooters have had weird hitches in their shot.  It isn't a bad thing.

Out of curiosity, can he come of a screen and pull up with that shot?  Or is he a spot shooter?

Shoot around shooting and game shooting is kinda different. I don't see much wrong with his "hitch" in his jump shot. Looking at his highlights he's probably the closest thing we've had to Mason Jones since he left and that's not really a great comparison but that's all I got right now.

Looks like a low release point.  I'd be more worried about him getting a few swatted than anything else. 

Maybe they need to see if Scotty will loan them a ladder for drills.

He elevates well on his jump shot so I dont think the low release will be an issue. He shot 37% from 3 while making 3 a game the last year (plus). In his highlights he made some tough shots. He should get better looks this year.

I'd say he's a little more like Moody offensively than Mason Jones.

Thanks for the video.  His shot doesn't look near as wonky as it did in the other video.  I'm excited to see what he can do!

Not sure who Matt Norlander is but he has us picked 8th in the SEC.  Behind Georgia, Florida, and Missouri. 
Nobody else has us lower than 4th.

Regardless, pretty good breakdown of who's returning. It's hard to argue with TN being #1. Wade Taylor will have to be all-world for Aggy to finish #2. Kentucky seems like a total wild card kinda like us last year. Lots of stud freshmen but can Cal make it work like he used to?
