They absolutely are.  I watched them last week a couple times and knew that game last night would be tough.

They are well coached and play damn good defense.

I doubt anybody is watching this, but a really strange sequence in the second half with Baylor hosting Iowa State. Baylor was up by double digits, when Scott Drew got his 2nd technical of the game and was ejected. Then the bench got a technical a few seconds later. And Iowa State is on a big run, 20-2, and has taken the lead. Kind of odd for all that to happen for Baylor with a double digit lead.

Some strange shit for sure. I saw a player shoot the ball for a 3 pointer, and instead of running back down the court, once he landed he started moving towards the direction of the basket he had just shot at.

It must be some kind of common core basketball that I'm just not familiar with watching. I shouldn't be watching this while high because it's freakin me out.

Something I have seen a few times in recent weeks, that I have not seen before.

With 8:24 to go in the first half Kansas-Kansas St, they went for a review. They went ahead and took the under eight time out at that point.

That's the third time in the last couple of weeks I've seen that. It's good to see a slight amount of common sense regarding a review. I don't think I previously have seen people at the game have the authority to throw it to time out before you hit the 16, 12, 8, or 4 minute mark.

This is a good basketball game.
