They offered her a couple of years ago.  Easton is a fantastic player and one of the best shooters I've ever seen.  She has over 30 D1 offers already.  She won't be going here more than likely.

Quote from: DirkPiggler on Dec 10, 2025, 07:46 AMThe biggest thing keeping them down is that football is so fucked up that we have to divert any available revenue/NIL towards fixing that.  We have to give priority to making sure the revenue sports have all they need first.  Unfortunately for those who follow it, rebuilding the women's basketball program is a luxury we don't have right now.

Oh I totally agree with you.
Check your damn blood pressure!

Coach Hottie McHotterson just keeps doing success. They're now 12-0 with one more non-conference game to play.

It hasn't been a murderers' row but undefeated is undefeated, and the last two were road games against at least decent opponents (Penn State and Oregon State).

The bits I've seen, they play very solid defense and don't make dumb mistakes.

Good job, Yuraidiot.

This is a thread about BASKETBALL.

"That's embarrassing.  Looks like Josh Duggar the first time his parents asked him to babysit."

For $7 mil I'll put a webcam in front of my shitter so I can answer fan questions while I drop the Longhorns off in College Station.

Got the win over Stephen F Austin yesterday.  82-73.  Woo.

Early bracketology (I'm surprised they actually do these for women's basketball, because... why) has Legs' team as a potential 3 seed and Coach Hotness' team as a 10.  Georgia (8), Ole Miss (5), Mississippi State (9), Alabama (5), Kentucky (3), LSU (2), Texas (1), Tennessee (4), South Carolina (1), and Vanderbilt (3) are currently projected to represent the SEC in the tournament.  We have a long way to go.

Good find.

Molly Hottie (now 13-0 this season) has her Big XII conference debut tonight against Colorado.

I'm trying to pretend it's not happening.

Same as the team.

Final 72-81. Outscored in the first three quarters... at Fayetteville.

We fold like a cheap tent under pressure. I'd washer we had more TOs than made baskets today. I still didn't see an SEC win on the table.

How much would you have wagered?

You would've won. It was 29-23 in favor of turnovers. ASU had 24 more field goal attempts.

Barton Fink

Those are both remarkable stats. Yet they only lost by 9.

Thin Red Swine

Yep, it's unreal. Of course, those extra attempts were all from behind the arc. They made only 11 of 46.

Barton Fink

I love Steph Curry, but these teams trying to play the same analytics game as GS is ruining the way the game is played. If you take 46 3s and make less than 25%, you probably shouldn't be shooting that many 3s.

Cornhogio

We couldn't get the ball across midcourt.  Tons of turnovers just trying to get to the front court.  I didn't see us having a good point guard.  I think ASU deserves some credit though.  They played some great defense.

Seems Yuracuck made a stellar hire.

If I heard correctly on the news this morning we had 16 turnovers in the first 20 minutes.
The very pants I was returning.

Barton Fink

Same thing happened against Harvard. If a team like LSU or USC-E presses us, we may turn it over 50 times.
