KSU has pitched well, has had some great disciplined AB's, and hit the hit 3 run homer when they needed it, whereas we've hit a bunch of rollover grounders and looked silly at the plate.

In this game, KSU has basically been the team we thought we were.

It does make you wonder if it's time for DVH when former assistants like Vitello and Wes Johnson are having a lot of success.

I'm of the opinion we need to hire Vitello before he wins one at Tennessee and becomes untouchable.

Too late, I'm afraid.  He's built them into an every year contender from nothing.  They have a nice stadium and actual baseball fans there now. 

I've been a DVH darksider for quite a while.  Him keeping Nate Thompson around all these years shows he isn't serious about winning anything.  We are told we have the best facilities in the country as far as player development and analytics, our fans pour money into the program, and we never hit above 10th in the SEC with Thompson.
