I mean I think the league as a whole has definitely embraced her. If you're talking about the hard fouls then I guess for the same reasons NBA vets fouled the shit out of Jordan and froze him out of getting the ball in an early all star game in his career. This is nothing new. Obviously that kind of shit is going to be twice as bad when you're dealing with women.
