Wasn't watching live, but I understand that walking into the arena Biles was wearing a GOAT necklace. The thing about being the GOAT, they never call themselves that, they let others call them that. Then she falls off the beam and goes out of bounds twice during floor. Not what most would a GOAT performance. I have a feeling she's pretty much a diva.
