Quote from: Feral on Oct 27, 2024, 07:57 AMHow the hell is the Ole Miss game an 11am kick?

Decided before the season.   They all were, except for a couple of flex games (either 2:30 or night) for each team.

Quote from: egregious on Oct 27, 2024, 05:28 AMWe are on the tail end of the upper teams in the SEC!  I seent it!

It was both shocking and refreshing to see Arkansas on the single page of SEC leaders (T6th I think) after the Corndog/Fucksdogs game last night.

Quote from: vegashog on Oct 26, 2024, 09:50 PMnot sure how anyone that has watched texass the last two weeks thinks that game is an automatic loss.

I don't think it's automatic but I don't feel good about it after watching LSU carve up our defense. UT's QB(s) and skill guys are just as good if not better.

MSU is dead last in the SEC in every major defensive statistical category so I'm not sure how much we can really take from that performance. I'm glad we get Ole Miss and a bye before TX though.
The Lord wants you to put your foot on their balls and believe in it. 'Cuz that's what wins football games. Not jumping offsides like a bunch of wimps and faggots. I don't care what those pinkos over in Russia say. You want to be a loser? You go live in Russia. I'm a winner. I'm an American.

Remember what happened the last time we had a bye week before playing? I remember.
Well, shit...

miss st lost to georgia by 10 and put up 31 points, lost to aggies by 10 and scored 24. some how our win was a scrimmage.

i don't think the we played x and they played y stuff is much of an indicator, especially this season.

It's almost never an indicator.

Texas A&M beat us by 4 and beat LSU by 13 so we're clearly better than LSU.

They're mostly usually decided 2 weeks before, with a few held until 1 week before, and only a few pre-decided (like our Texas game already says 11).  Sucks that both of our remaining big Fayetteville games are 11 am.

We didn't know anything about Ole Miss until they said "11 or 11:45" last Saturday, then finalized it at 11 after we both won yesterday, I suppose this bumped us up from SECN to ESPN.

No, the windows were decided well before the season for all games.  This is new this year.

June 11th.

So they gave up 41 and 34 in those 2 games. My only point was that their defense is ass. Hopefully our offense looks the same this week against Ole Miss.

Hm. Interesting.  I specifically remember trying to calendar our 2024 games before the season started and largely being unable to (except for Texas and sort-of Missouri and the OK St. game was set in stone for some reason).  I also remember looking for a particular game during the season (Auburn or Florida?) 12 days in advance and being unable to find the time.

There are so many "Flex" listings in there that it's still kind of 50-50 I guess.

The flex listings usually at least narrow it to two of the three time windows.

Thin Red Swine

This could go in multiple threads, but this one seems most fitting.  It would be interesting to see which one could out-collapse the other for blowing the lead.

For $7 mil I'll put a webcam in front of my shitter so I can answer fan questions while I drop the Longhorns off in College Station.

With the history these two big boobed coaches have, I expect a negative score.  Something like -13 to - 9

Like either of those two could hold on to a -4 point lead.
