I think Iron Mike still has it. It might be for show, but it's hard to bet against the guy.

I remember watching Tyson's last fight against Kevin Mcbride. He was 38, he didn't have it then. Why does anyone think he has it now?

I think we all relish in the thought of Mike sending Paul to la-la land.
I'm concerned about the 14 ounce gloves and the 2-minute rounds/8 round max.

I wouldn't be surprised if it isn't scripted out to go the distance and end in a draw or a Paul decision (simply because of all the current Vegas action on Tyson, makes me skeptical that the sportsbooks would be this vulnerable to essentially an exhibition).

58 vs. 27? Like someone said earlier Father Time is undefeated. I hope Tyson knocks him out but I wouldn't bet my hard earned money on it.

1970's: Denver RB Floyd Little: "Dick Butkus hit me so hard my body almost liquified. He helps me up and says 'You Ok?' I said, 'Yeah of course.' He says, 'Well if you're ok, why are you in our huddle?' He'd hit me so hard I'd followed him into the Bears huddle. He turned me around and sent me back"

Good point and that's been 20 years ago. Likely wishful thinking on my part due to the nostalgia of watching him fight while growing up.

That era was great for boxing and encouraged me to join a local gym. Tuesday night fights on USA and boxing after dark on HBO. Good shit.

I had a roommate that watched boxing and he got me to  watching it on USA  Tuesday nights as well. Good stuff.

Don't forget ABC's Wide World of Sports on Saturdays.  It's where I saw Mike Tyson for the first time.

What time is the fight supposed to ring the bell? And it's on Netflix, right? I have that.

Yeah no telling actually. This is all I could find.

Paul and Tyson will fight on Friday, Nov. 15. The preliminary card starts at 5:30 p.m. ET while the main card starts at 8 p.m. ET.

The walkout time for Paul and Tyson has not been announced.

Trigger7672

I'm guessing the main event doesn't start until after 10 cst.

I was a huge fan of Tyson's in the 80's.  I'm old now, old people go to bed early. They want us old fans to be able to watch it.  With that being said I'm usually up until 10-10:30ish.

because of his lisp or because he raped some chick or was it cause he beat his wife?

The lisp mostly, rape case was bogus (they actual reference in law classes today), but more than anything his dominance of the sport.

If we limit our entertainment to entertainers with moral character, we'll have no movies/shows to watch and no sports teams to root for.

Trigger7672

Unpopular opinion, Tyson was a physical specimen in his prime but he was a can crusher who doesn't have one quality win on his resume. Tyson isn't even a top 10 heavyweight of all time.
