Chicken Broccoli Rice Casserole

 2 chicken breasts cooked and cut into pieces (Season with salt, pepper, paprika, sage)

1 head broccoli chopped into tiny bits

1.5 cups rice cooked and cooled

1 large can cream of mushroom soup

1 small bag frozen mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)

Grated cheddar cheese as topping.

Mix together all ingredients except cheese. If it's dry add a little mayo. Place in baking dish. Top with cheese. Bake at 400 until cheese is bubbly and brown at edges. I like mine with a bit of Frank's Red Hot on the top.
