Quote from: One Quarter on Jan 30, 2024, 03:08 PMThe 'insert attachment' behavior is native to SMF 2, and I don't see any easy way to allow for auto-insertion of attachments.  Part of the idea is that you might want to upload an attachment (especially files that aren't images) that you can't or don't want to insert into the body of the post.

Automatic X embedding is not native to SMF, and has to be set up via an unsupported modification written by an anonymous rando.  It worked so poorly that I had to spend hours re-writing the code, and this is not my paying job.
  and thanks from the new guy.

Call Steve and see if he will help you figure it out.

Quote from: SwahiliSteve on Jan 30, 2024, 03:16 PMI go in with a regular pic and hit attach then upload file as it says then post.
No, after upload then insert then post. You'll know you've inserted it when it puts a line of code in the text box.

McGeorge is taking over the sections of 30 that failed. But it may be well into, and maybe the end of 2025 before it's completed. Wtf

DRYANKNPULL

I heard 3rd quarter 2025 from a pretty reliable source.

It's dark, kids playing in the streets in my neighborhood and it's like 70 degrees. Weird February we're having.

One Quarter

I'm in OKC tonight for Tool tomorrow night.  On the 10th floor of a hotel.

The earthquake was wild!  I thought I was losing my mind until the boy confirmed the bed was shaking and we saw the curtain rod swinging around.

"The largest earthquake induced by fluid injection that has been documented in the scientific literature was a magnitude 5.8 earthquake on September 23, 2016 in central Oklahoma. Four magnitude 5+ earthquakes have occurred in Oklahoma, three of which occurred in 2016."

We just experienced the 5th.  I'm glad we happened to both be awake.  I've only ever felt one other one, in Fayetteville about 15 years ago.

Since most people are asleep here, we didn't see or hear any reaction inside or on the street.  Just got lucky to still be awake since we rolled in pretty late.

Sections that failed? Some of the new construction failed already? I haven't been through there.

That's just what I read. I know Oaklawn has been in their chili thinking it's hurting their numbers.

I think it was the temporary that failed.

I feel sorry for Oaklawn's out-of-state landlord complaining about how road construction in Arkansas is hurting his income.
