Just west of Stuttguart in the big ditch/bayou meto drainage. There's about 12000 acres of contiguous water controlled green timber. It's divided into about 15 clubs. Mine is on the edge of it and not very big and we bought it 30 years ago. The values have gone up 10 fold in those 30 years. My godfather is a charter member of the one Burns just bought into. He spent $30k to join in the mid 70's.
