I don't see this team winning 4 in a row regardless of the draw. Of course, I didn't see 7 somewhat healthy players making the Sweet 16 last year either. Wagner, Knox, and Pringle are going to have to step it up for us to make a run.

I lost enthusiasm after the Auburn loss.  The Kentucky loss almost sealed it.   This team has a generational talent in Acuff.  Thomas is a baller.  After those two, the team is full of guys who wouldn't start on any of the other top 25 teams.

If we come out flat yet again tomorrow in Starkville and get down double digits early in the first half, we'll know that Cal and his staff did nothing all week.

I'd throw BR3 in that group too.  He plays a million miles an hour but he doesn't really add much from a production standpoint.  I honestly don't know who we can trust to be our #3 right now.

Starting lineup needs to be Acuff, Thomas, Knox, Brazile, Ewin. That's been the most productive lineup and should alleviate the slow starts.

BR3 has been more consistent than Knox.  He also does more on d. I'd rather see him start over Knox at this point.

Brazile has been good but he is a head case and can disappear in games. But we need him and he's more good than bad.

Yes, not contribute.

But in all seriousness, that would hurt not having their minutes to sub in for rest or foul trouble. Have we even seen anyone outside of the 8 man rotation on the floor?

In scrub time.  And they've repeatedly played the scrub role to perfection.

per the pay board, knox has an injury and this might not be the only game he misses. wagner is sick with the flu.

It's pretty clear neither Knox nor Wagner are getting drafted this year. If they choose to come back here next year they both need a cut in pay. A change of scenery in the portal might be good for both of them.

Brazile is being projected in the 2nd round of some mock drafts. If I was a GM I would take a chance on him just based on potential. Hopefully he has his head on straight at the combine.
