Really about 5 teams could win the SEC. We are one of them. It's an outrage that Kentucky is 8-3. They had 2 feet in the grave against LSU, should be 0-2 against Tennessee but are 2-0, and shouldn't have lost to us because of how awful we played, but if we had just played a normal Fayetteville game, they should have lost there too.

But they didn't lose any of those games. Scoreboard. They are what their record says they are.

A national 247 writer says Jordan Smith Jr. is expected to announce later this week and he considers Arkansas the favorite.

I love the high ranking players Cal brings in.  But...we have generational talent now in the back court.  Until we get a man or two in the front court we will be limitied.

If Jordan Smith does sign with us then I would assume those 3 positions would be Cal's priorities in the portal. JSJ, Toure, and Andrews should be tremendous defensively on the wing but we need a sniper. Cal will have to give in at some point and really pay up for a legit 5. We'd be final four caliber this year with Morez Johnson.

Only Wagner and Knox (both "Doubtful") were on the availability report last night for Arkansas.  Dedan Thomas, Jalen Reed, and Ron Zipper are "Out" for LSU.

He barely played in the 2nd half on Saturday. He was wearing either heat or ice on his shoulder. He came in and badly missed a shot. He acted like his shoulder was killing him and he came right back out. He never came in again.
