We have fallen to #21 this week.  Gaming out the rest of our season.  22-9, 12-6 heading into the SEC Tournament seems plausible.  But maybe too optimistic.  If we go on the negative side of predictions, two more losses than I say (maybe @Miss St and Texas A&M at home) are possible.  The other direction, even the most rosy outlook wouldn't give us any more than 1/3 at Bama, Florida, and Mizzou.  So ceiling of 23-8, 13-5 and floor of 20-11, 10-8.

So far correct. Not that impressive in retrospect since it's simply predicting home wins and road losses except for two of the weakest teams in the SEC. If we had Florida at home instead of on the road now that would be an interesting one to predict.

I've been plugging in possible outcomes on the Torvik site and we seem destined for the 4-5 seed line. It's not exact but it was correct for us last year.

We're currently a 5. If we lost the last 3 we would drop to a 6 and winning all 3 only gets us to a 4.

The big foreign white kid needs to figure out how to play basketball in the next 55 hours or so.

Your soul can be crushed in a good year.  Especially then.  Scoop and score, collapsing and losing a big lead in the sweet 16, Stoernover, etc.

Hard to have your soul crushed in a bad year.

We could get to a 3 if we won out and got 2 wins over Vandy/Bama/TN/FL in the SECT. It's amazing what a win over Vandy does in the metrics vs other teams. If we were to beat TX or Missouri instead we still wouldn't get to a 3.

I don't see any difference between a 4 or a 5. Playing a 12 or 13, and then the 4 or 5 the next round, seems the same to me.

Both seeds lead to the 1 in the Sweet Sixteen.
