Here would be my press conference question for Cal.

Do you have any remaining psychological or coaching moves or tricks in the bag to get either Pringle or Ewin, or both, playing like a D-1 center before the NCAA tournament?

Son of Spam

Not having a decent big man inside will be our downfall in the tourney.
Well, shit...

Sus-Scrofa

Saturday will be interesting.

We might show up wanting to kill somebody.

Or we might be hungover.

Kenny Payne is supposed to be some sort of wizard of a big man coach, but part of me wonders if he just benefited from coaching guys like Anthony Davis and Willy Cauley-Stein? Lack of a consistent big man has been an issue 2 years in a row now. Pringle wasn't exactly dominant at Alabama or South Carolina but he gave them more than we're getting, same with Ewin. For him to have 0 points last night is inexcusable. Just one lay up or dunk from him would have won the game, assuming an offensive foul wasn't called.

i've had my doubts about payne for a while. i wonder how much input he has on evaling portal guys.

muss seemed to get much more from supposedly lesser talent.

Doc Hogaday

Muss had to play a 6'6" Adrio Bailey at center his first year, and he was better than Pringle.

We saw the real Aidoo right at the end last year and he was solid, once he wasn't hurt

I just think neither of these two guys are that great

We need to sign an Ament type guy out of HS

vegashog

lunardi still has us a 4 seed.

and we moved up in kenpom.

Karter Knox won't be back for a while.  Meniscus repair.

Barton Fink

Sucks for us and Knox. Any word on why Sealy was out?

Cardiac Hog

Hip.

Sealy was jumping up and down on the bench last night so I would guess he'll be available Saturday.

Cardiac Hog

Damn, Sealy is listed as doubtful.

Doc Hogaday

I did some research and it turns out he was diagnosed as posturepedic. Says it could be up to a 90-day return.

Apparently he has a hip.

Isaiah Sealy doubtful for Arkansas basketball's game vs. MissouriAnthony Kristensen

FAYETTEVILLE — Arkansas men's basketball wing Isaiah Sealy was listed as doubtful for the Razorbacks' game against Missouri, per the SEC availability report released Friday. Arkansas hosts the Tigers at 3 p.m. Saturday at Bud Walton Arena.

Little Rock native Annor Boateng is out for the season for the Tigers due to a leg injury. Missouri will also be without Jevon Porter.

Sealy averages 3.9 points and 1.6 rebounds per game this season. He has played a limited role but is expected to get more minutes after Karter Knox was ruled out indefinitely following meniscus surgery.

The freshman from Springdale played against Mississippi State and LSU while Knox and D.J. Wagner were out with injuries. He missed the Razorbacks' 117-115 double-overtime loss at Alabama with a hip injury.

Arkansas is tied for second place in the SEC with Alabama and Tennessee, sitting two games behind first-place Florida. Missouri is tied for fifth with Kentucky, Texas, Vanderbilt and Texas A&M and is one game out of a tie for second place.

I really don't care, Margaret.

We're 10.5 point favorites today despite the injuries.
The Lord wants you to put your foot on their balls and believe in it. 'Cuz that's what wins football games. Not jumping offsides like a bunch of wimps and faggots. I don't care what those pinkos over in Russia say. You want to be a loser? You go live in Russia. I'm a winner. I'm an American.

Mizzou has 2 players out as well.  Neither is a stud but they are averaging a combined 30 minutes per game.

Show-Me Hog

Here's hoping based on the last game and the last few games, Ewin is the one who comes out today with a fire lit under his ass. He's the big with the most gap between potential/ability, and results. More than Pringle or Brazile.

He just needs to get his mentality right and contribute.

Doc Hogaday

I saw on Gameday a bit ago that they're going to Gainesville for our game there next Saturday. Swell.
