He should get another head coaching job, easily, if not this cycle then 1 or 2 years down the line after a rehab stint as a coordinator.

Cleveland is as preternaturally allergic to winning and good decision making as Arkansas, perhaps even moreso. Nobody can win in that sadness factory.

I think he's probably the top candidate even if McDaniel gets canned by the Dolphins.

Raiduhs fire Pete Carroll.  No surprise.  Fucked up franchise.

vegashog

cardinals fire their coach. couldn't say who it even was.

That has to be it for him at 74. Then there is this nugget:

"Moving forward, General Manager John Spytek will lead all football operations in close collaboration with Tom Brady, including the search for the club's next head coach. Together, they will guide football decisions with a shared focus on leadership, culture, and alignment with the organization's long-term vision and goals."

I don't want the giants to hire Stefanski.  Go to the Raiduhs.

I texted Calvin after the game last night and told him my wife and I yelled loudly enough to wake the next door neighbors when he caught that TD pass.  He texted back and said his dad probably did too!

I need to ask him if Aaron Rogers says the F word in the huddle as many times as he gets caught on TV doing it...

Reminds of the Kelce brothers on their podcast looking at a picture of the NFL Coaches meeting and trying to name all the head coaches and having no clue who half of them were.

He may be a chud, but I still lol watching Travis saying things like "who the fuck is that guy" and "I don't know who that guy is, and he probably doesn't either."

not sure how the league can let Brady keep doing TV then. Fox probably wants out of that contract anyway.
Still, a lot of power for a guy who owns 5% of the team.
Check your damn blood pressure!

What a galaxy brain move by Pete Carroll.

Get dumped by Seattle, sign a big contact with the Raiders and suck enough to get fired after only 1 season and coast into retirement with an extra $30 million.

Reminds me of the funny story Orgeron told about getting fired from LSU. "They said we're gonna pay you $17 million to leave. I said what time you need me outta here, brother?"

Hallelujah. Harbaugh is finally out with the Ravens. Like Arkansas, it is 2 years too late

One of my favorites as a kid. An old friend of Dad's has a severe case of Parkinson's. It's practically like Alzheimer's to him. His wife tells me on the good days maybe he can remember his name.

"That's embarrassing.  Looks like Josh Duggar the first time his parents asked him to babysit."

For $7 mil I'll put a webcam in front of my shitter so I can answer fan questions while I drop the Longhorns off in College Station.

Once authored a post that critics claimed, "Was notaslibro level."

Harbaugh will be picked up by any of the six other teams looking.  Some others might fire a coach to get him, say Miami.

Rumor is Kirby smart to Atlanta.

Both CTE and Parkinson's are closely linked to repetitive head trauma. Parkinson's gets the label while you are alive while CTE is post mortem
Terrible.

My crystal ball would guess Harbaugh to Atlanta.

Unless Tampa decides to throw their hat in the ring and move on from Bowles.

Kirby would be a fool to make that move, unless he feels like he needs a two year break before replacing DeBoer at Alabama.
Perish peacefully in a warm environment.

I could see that if the Giants didn't seem so dysfunctional. It's why I wrote off the Browns. From a decent building standpoint, the Giants have some upside, I'll grant you, but felt between the teams available and their upside, Falcons seemed less dysfunctional.

piglosopher

Only reason Kirby would take that gig would be if he was sick of the NIL game. Saban said he's regretted (more or less) leaving LSU for the NFL, I'm sure he'd advise his former protégé as such.
