The BMFP days were the best.  We always had hope in every game.  The games were fun to watch and winning felt so damned good... and we had a winner's culture.  I, like everyone here, yearn for more of those days.  So I'm hoping like hell we see some real BMFP, even if it is only for the rest of this year.

I think it's more like he knew the writing was on the wall, but if we somehow came out and beat Notre Dame, whatever talk of firing him mid-season would have ended and he would have been given the chance to turn it around this year.

Instead, because he was lazy and uninspiring, the team gave up on him after Memphis, and we basically slept-walked our way to a blowout loss vs ND.
