Probably.  Their coach was trying to call timeout but the refs didn't see him. 

Ironic because if they hadn't granted a phantom TO to Kentucky on the Oweh play that should have been a jump ball a minute or so earlier it might not have gotten to that point.  It didn't appear that Oweh called the TO himself...which I always thought (and Grok agrees) the player with the ball had to be the one to call it during live action.
