Really interesting graphic.  Arkansas has as good if not a better history than Michigan yet I think Michigan is considered a blue blood and we are not. 

UConn has more championships than Duke.  I didn't know that.

UConn doesn't get enough credit for what has been built there going all the way back to the late 90's. Jim and Geno built a monster that not a lot of people really talk about in reverence to.

Michigan State too.  With a few more championships they would be right there with both Uconn and Duke.  Izzo has been a hell of a coach for decades now.

One of the measures I use when looking at a program as a blue blood or otherwise is if they've won championships with more than one coach. 

The list:

UCLA:  11 (Wooden, Harrick)
Kentucky 8 (Rupp, Hall, Pitino, Smith, Calipari)
UConn 6 (Calhoun, Ollie, Hurley)
UNC 6 (McGuire, Smith, Williams)
Indiana 5 (McCracken, Knight)
Kansas 4 (Allen, Brown, Self)
Florida 3 (Donovan, Golden)
Villanova 3 (Wright, Massimino)
Michigan St 2 (Heathcote, Izzo)
NC State 2 (Sloan, Valvano)

It's not perfect as anyone would consider Duke to be the bluest of blue bloods in spite of K being the only title winner.  And I don't think anyone truly sees Villanova or NC State as elite programs anymore. Indiana has been so bad for so long that they don't really feel like a blue blood anymore. It's also hard for me to look at Florida as one of those programs given that they would trade all three of their titles for one more in football if given the choice.
