All right, for those of us who rationally went to bed at halftime, it appears that Hill got most or all of the second half at quarterback. How did he look? The box score is a mixed bag. Looks like he took three big sacks. But he threw the only touchdown pass. Did he look like he can run an offense? Was he throwing balls to covered receivers one yard behind the line of scrimmage? Could he throw it downfield without looking like someone who's just closing his eyes and chucking it?

Should have been an interception and possibly a pick 6.

I can understand the difficulty in choosing a starting QB for this team.

The obvious risk is that his inexperience will lead to poor decision making and possibly cause him to be permanently gun shy but, on the other hand, his two older counterparts also make poor decisions and at least he is supposed to have the best arm of the three.

And we all know that if his talent is genuine he'll be poached by a top-20 team in a year or two anyway.

I was thinking the same thing. How long before they say fuck it and just roll with Hank Hendrix and let him take his lumps. 

Also how is it possible to have a massive downgrade on the OL coming off a 2 win season? We literally hired a head coach (OL coaching exp) and two OL position coaches...plus have a two or three allegedly decent blocking TEs and a fullback and still can't block for shit. 

Carter Power Hour pointed to a play where Utah was literally standing up straight on the D and "bull rushed" our line with zero leverage and managed to get a sack/tackle for loss. I can only imagine what Georgia is going to do to these dough boys.

He also played exclusively against Utahs 2nd and 3rd stringers.

Our staff seems woefully unprepared to do the job.  They had all offseason to prepare and THIS is what we get?  We aren't getting out-athleted like we did in 2008.  We are just getting out schemed and out played.  Give their staff a month with our players and they would likely beat our staff with their players. 

The team last year would beat the shit out of this one and that is saying something since they didn't beat the shit out of anyone, just came really close to beating almost everyone.
