Yep, and Bobby KNEW it too, and the players KNEW it,  yet he got the guys to play hard week in and week out the remainder of the season.  If he had that team from spring all the way through summer into the fall, we probably win 6-7 games last year with him as the head coach.

They also lost the DC.  They knew the only thing not working against them WAS the HC and remaining staff, and they kept taking the field.  Last season just looks better and better with hindsight.  Just getting a full roster to suit up every week was a hell of a job on its own.

Losing the way we did against OM and Memphis killed the season. We should've won both. If that happened, you probaly get to 6 wins and still have SP, but with Petrino and a new DC this year.
