You need someone that is not just a sports guy but has business management skills, networking. You need someone that can balance the athletic budget while also investing hundreds of millions more into facilities. These retards can't do that or manage cash flow. Coaching and playing is one thing but the AD position is more than that. Do either one of them have any clue how to navigate NIL? Probably not. ok I can accept that but if money for the roster is the biggest issue you have and admit then why are you not throwing every available resource at that as that is and should be priority #1-10.

the videoboard is great but that could be added later and is not a have to have right now item. that's the old "build it and they will come" mentality of college athletics when it's now "pay them and they will come" and probably #1203 on the list of items keeping us out of the cfp much less the liberty bowl.
