Read the attached article.  Sounds like she inherited a mess.  Good for her for laying it all out there, but I've got to disagree a bit with her statement that it's not an expense issue, its a revenue issue.  The chart on how much their expenses have grown in the 11 years since they joined the Big 10 is telling, from 70 million in 2014-15 to 193 million in 2024-25.  Add 20 million in Revenue sharing on top of that for 25-26.  Not sure they can close that gap with revenue.  They are going to have to make some substantial cuts.
