it's because of the ncaa refusing to recognise where things were headed years ago when they had a chance.

some think the legislation in congress has enough votes to pass and it would put the brakes on these injunctions, and render this one void. not a huge fan of getting the government involved but something has to be done. there will be lawsuits but they will have to make their way thru the courts and maybe that will buy enough time to finally sort this shit out.
