tenth circuit did the right thing. that judge in colorado overstepped big time in her ruling, and since the appeals will take months, all those guys that thought they got another year are probably ass out. looks like we lose the two db we just signed.

now the race will be for the states to hear individual cases.

Rumors on the Twitters today that Arch Manning has not had a good camp.  Although I like the kid and can't imagine the pressure he is under, I find that to be strangely amusing.

Oh I agree I'm not sure he's even a starting D1 QB if his name wasn't Manning. We've seen enough fringe QBs at Arkansas move the chains now and then enough for me to fully assess he's basically Nathan Dick with a better last name and agent. 

Actually I'm not so sure Nate dogg wasn't better.
