It has to move toward having a GM to negotiate contracts because these players getting hundreds of thousands of dollars have somebody doing agent work for them even if they are not called "agents".  Maybe we can find a young assistant GM from the NFL to take that route rather than waiting for one of 32 jobs to come open there.  Somebody is going to do it/has already done it.

It takes one phone call with a dollar number to lose a recruit that took years building a relationship.

1) Get the best technical and gameday coaches ,program builders available

2) Get a gm to fundraise and "procure" players.
