If possible, can we get a NSFW/NSFL picture filter? Where when someone submits a picture that they think might be NSFW/NSFL (or one is found in a forum that is not dedicated to that) that it will obscure the picture unless a person clicks on it to remove the filter and see it?

I am thinking specifically of a picture that is currently in a thread of a post transition surgery.

Fixed it for now.  Added NSFW and hid under a spoiler tag.

Will see if there is a way to do a NSFW tag that either hides like spoiler or blurs.
