I saw it and was shocked. I had a couple shots of tequila and did some googlemotherfuckering.  The shit that they are doing, that licensed doctors are doing to other humans, on purpose...this shit would have made Hitler's guys blush.
Disgusting isn't even close to some of it.

I read a story of one young boy that they did the penis removal and tried to make him a vagina out a section of his own colon.  Short story, the kid died from the infections.

Agreed.   I understand the need for a NSFW tag, but if more people saw the reality of what these surgeries are doing they might be less likely to want to normalize it, especially for children.

Agreed.  But what I meant by context is that I don't know if that photo represents a botched surgery, or a successful one, or even an option one might choose.  I have reluctantly tried to google it, but from what I've seen, google only shows an ideal outcome (and of course it's still inhumanly gross). 

From all of the images I saw in my search, this one was the absolute best case scenario.
